Like the AR15 though, the Mk3and other AR10 sized rifles face the same scrutiny and arbitrary regulations in too many states and locales, barring people from modern rifles better suited for hunting, self-defense, and sporting use. CMMG is bringing the same philosophy as the Br4 to our own large frame lineup with the DISSENT Br3. Much like the Br4 being compatible with DISSENT Mk4 upper groups, the Br3 lower is compatible with all DISSENT Mk3 upper receivers.
